Tennis lessons for advanced and competitive players

Sharpen patterns, strategy and composure under pressure.

Silhouette of a player serving against a warm evening sky

Plenty of strong players hit beautifully in practice and lose to opponents with worse strokes. The difference is rarely technical. It is a serve that never changes location, a predictable first ball after the return, no plan for a long rally, and no idea what to do at 4–5, 30–40.

With competitive players I build the hour around points rather than repetitions: patterns, percentages, and composure. Mechanics still get attention when they break down under pressure, but the work is aimed at the part of the game that actually decides matches.

For competitive players we move past mechanics into how points are actually won: serve placement, first-strike patterns, defending and resetting, and better decisions in long rallies.

What you’ll walk away with

  • Serve placement patterns you can call on under pressure
  • First-strike plans off both the serve and the return
  • A reliable way to defend, reset, and reclaim the point
  • Clearer decision-making on big points

Best suited to

  • Tournament and league players
  • High school and club competitors
  • Players who win practice but lose matches

One service, one price

There's no separate package for this — it's a normal tennis lesson with me. Rates depend on the length of the lesson, whether it's one-on-one or semi-private, and the court we use, and I confirm the exact price before anything is scheduled.

I'll send you the lesson location when I confirm your request.
