Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to tennis instruction provided by Kory's School of Tennis, LLC.
Lesson requests are not confirmations
Submitting a request through this site does not reserve a lesson. A lesson is scheduled only after Kory confirms the date, time and location with you directly.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule. Lessons cancelled on short notice may still be charged, and lessons cancelled for weather or unsafe court conditions are rescheduled at no cost.
Payment
Payment is handled in person or through the methods discussed when your lesson is confirmed. This website does not process payments and does not store payment card details.
Assumption of risk
Tennis involves physical activity and a risk of injury. By attending a lesson, you accept responsibility for your own physical condition and, where applicable, that of the minor you are enrolling.
Conduct
We ask for respectful behavior toward the coach, other players and court facilities. Instruction may be ended without refund for unsafe or abusive conduct.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or booking of lessons means you accept the current version.
